Withdraw from the contract

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Fill in the request: you will receive a confirmation by email, with the date and time we received it.

Conditions

• The period is 14 days from the day you receive the order (or the last delivery, if it arrives in several).
• You can exercise this right using this form, by email to [email protected], or using the model form at the end of this page. We confirm receipt of your request by email within 24 hours.
• After you tell us that you are withdrawing, you have 14 days to return the products, at your own cost, to the address given in the confirmation email.
• We refund the amount paid, including the delivery charge, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them.
• You can examine the products as you would in a shop. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, a bottle whose seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned; unopened bottles can always be returned.
