Terms and conditions

This shop is operated by Vintage Oracle, Lda.

1. Scope

These terms govern purchases made in the qeltis.com shop, operated by Vintage Oracle, Lda. By completing an order, you accept these terms in the version in force on that date.

2. Products

Qeltis products are food supplements. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The information on the site is for information only and does not replace advice from a health professional. If there is any discrepancy, the information on the label prevails.

3. Orders and account

Orders are placed at the checkout of the Shopify platform, which also hosts the customer account. An order is deemed accepted upon our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, with a full refund of anything already paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are those shown on the Delivery page and at checkout. Payment is made at checkout, using the methods offered there. If there is an obvious error in the price, we contact you before dispatch, and either party may cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Delivery

The delivery conditions, times and costs are those on the Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Refill (recurring orders)

Refill is a recurring supply: by choosing it, you expressly authorise, at checkout, periodic charges to the payment method you provide. Each renewal takes place every 3 months, with the bottles for 90 days, and is charged on the renewal date, before dispatch. We notify you by email before each charge. You can pause, change or cancel your refill at any time in your account, with effect for renewals not yet processed. The price of each renewal is the refill price in force; if it changes, you are notified by email before the next charge.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The conditions, the exceptions and the form are on the Returns and Withdraw from the contract pages.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

The products benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in Decree-Law No 84/2021: we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years of delivery. If the lack of conformity becomes apparent within the first 30 days, you can immediately ask for the product to be replaced or for the contract to be terminated, with a refund. In other cases, you are entitled to have the goods brought into conformity (replacement or, where applicable, repair), to a proportionate reduction of the price or to terminate the contract, under the law and free of charge. To claim under the guarantee, write to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. The legal guarantee is independent of the right of withdrawal and of the expiry date shown on the label.

9. Liability

Use the products according to the directions on the label. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, the Qeltis brand) belongs to Vintage Oracle, Lda. or to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Quatrefolic® is a registered trademark of Gnosis S.p.A.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can submit a complaint in the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico), at livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, you can turn to the Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto (CICAP), at cicap.pt.

13. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies to each order is the one accepted at the time of purchase.
