What data we process
Identification and contact details (name, email, phone), delivery and billing address, order and refill history, and the messages you send us at [email protected]. Payment data is processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not store card numbers.
For what purposes and on what legal basis
Processing and delivering orders and managing your refill and customer account (performance of the contract); issuing and keeping invoices (legal obligation, for the applicable tax periods); providing customer support and combating fraud (legitimate interest); sending marketing communications, only if you subscribe to them (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Service providers
To sell and deliver orders, the shop uses Shopify (shop, checkout, payments and customer account), Smartlo (warehousing and dispatch) and the carrier that makes the delivery. We also use Zoho for our support email ([email protected]) and Cloudflare for the security and distribution of the site. These providers process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements. Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and billing data is kept for the periods required by law; account data, for as long as the account exists. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
