Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the period runs from the last one.

Opened bottles

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, Qeltis bottles are sealed. A bottle whose seal has been opened after delivery cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (Article 17(1)(e) of Decree-Law No 24/2014). You can always return the unopened bottles from the same order and, before opening the seal, you can examine the bottles as you would in a shop.

Costs and refund

After you tell us that you are withdrawing, you have 14 days to send the products back, at your own cost, to the address given in the confirmation email for your request.

We refund everything you paid, including the delivery charge for the order, within 14 days of your notice, using the payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you send us proof that you have sent them back.
