Delivery charges

Delivery costs 5 € on the mainland and 9.50 € to the Azores and Madeira, and is free from 80 € anywhere in Portugal. The same rule applies to refill orders.

Delivery times

Your order arrives in 2 to 5 working days on the mainland and in 5 to 8 working days in the Azores and Madeira. We dispatch on working days: an order placed at the weekend or on a public holiday leaves on the next working day.

Destinations

For now, we deliver in Portugal only: the mainland, the Azores and Madeira.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is there to receive the order, the carrier leaves a notice and tries again, or leaves the order at a nearby collection point, where it is available for the period stated on the notice.

If the order is not collected, it comes back to our warehouse and we contact you to arrange a new delivery. You pay for the new delivery, unless the carrier was at fault.

Refill

Each delivery brings the bottles for 90 days of use; deliveries go out every 3 months. You can pause, change or cancel your refill in your account.
