The science
Where each nutrient fits in the methylation cycle.
Homocysteine, an amino acid in this cycle, can return to methionine by two pathways, or move on to transsulfuration. Choose a pathway to explore the diagram.
Homocysteine receives a methyl group from folate, with vitamin B12, and becomes methionine again.

Can I take all three together?
Yes. They were developed to be taken together and share no active ingredients. To find out whether the combination is right for you, speak to a health professional.
How many capsules a day, in total?
With all three: 5 a day, 1 methylation pro and 2 of each of the others. With methylation pro alone, 1 a day.
How long does each bottle last?
A bottle of methylation pro lasts 90 days, at 1 capsule a day. A bottle of methylation assist or triple magnesium lasts 45 days, at 2 capsules a day.
Do I need a prescription?
No. They are food supplements.
Can I take them during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Speak to your doctor before you start, as the label says, and take the composition with you: the doses of the B vitamins add to those of any prenatal supplement you already take. Each capsule of methylation pro provides 600 µg of folate. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Are the products vegan?
The capsule is plant-based (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) and none of the ingredients is of animal origin, including the glucosamine in Quatrefolic®. All three are suitable for a vegetarian diet.
How does refill work?
Choose refill instead of a one-off purchase, for a product or a set. The delivery repeats every 3 months, always with the bottles for 90 days and at a lower price per bottle than a one-off purchase, and you can pause, change or cancel in your account at any time. Delivery is free from 80 €.
Do you deliver outside Portugal?
No. For now, we deliver in Portugal only: the mainland, the Azores and Madeira.
